During this summer, I am living in the community of Santiago Suchilquitongo in Oaxaca, Mexico teaching youth how to use technology (blogs, the internet, digital photography) to preserve and document their local culture. This is a blog of my experiences.

you're hilarious! i carry an umbrella in chicago for just that reason. people look at me like i'm crazy, but they just aren't as smart as i am... they're always watching...
Google Earth is crazy. We had our adolescent class look up our town (and our home towns) and they too were impressed.

People dismiss this but its true I walk around under pop up gazebos because at any time in any big city about 30 cameras are watching you, then include satellites and sat nav tracking phone tracking etc you are never alone (unless you are a criminal it seems no one watches them?), am I paranoid yet???.
