This is a video of Program Assistants from Puente a la Salud Comunitaria. They are giving a charla on the health benefits of Amaranth.
I recorded it in December 2005 in the community of Loma Larga during my visit to Oaxaca with AMIGOS Regional Director, Jon Crail. I edited and produced the video in January 2006. Enjoy!

I loved your video! I have a friend who is from Oaxaca and I was trying to explain the Amaranth project but I couldn't remember what exactly Amaranth does. I found your video and I was able to send it to my friend.
